Corby won't be there forever, once he's wrestled the party back from the centrist to the working people again we should be fine.
What’s so wrong about ‘centrist’ people? They are working people who also pay taxes and are (Blairite alert) stakeholders too.

A couple of weekends ago I was in Bath with gentlemen friends and post pub putting the world to rights back at a mates house (remembered CL posting the "women know your place" and started giggling). The three of us talking about work, Brexit and politics. Three very different political and economic and social perspectives but culturally very similar. We'd all voted Green in EU elections and will for the GE. Neither of us knew this about each other and we'd voted differently in the referendum too. Oddly, we think we're centrist too. Personally, I'm clear where I think left politics has to go. I think the right will go there too and many know it. Before this becomes clear I think we're seeing the breakdown of the understanding of "how things are" which is causing many to cling to "how things should be". The polarisation and division I'm warbling on about. I view this GE as both vital and pointless. Is that centrist...?

Maybe it's time to look at policy

FFS. Thatcher, railway destroyer lets build roads instead Tory tw@t, Tony BLiar God made me do it, BRown lets sell all our Gold, Cameron lets have a referendum, BoJo the (somewhat entertaining) tw@t. Corbyn the commie

The trouble is the real world, convincing people, and foreign leaders and getting people on side is ALL about the personality.  It is absolutely critical.  If you're popular you can do stuff, if you're a boring bore than you can't achieve....and that is why the labour party is falling apart.  Oh. and the tory's

Is policy important - YES!   But its no good having policy without being a leader, and leader's need charisma.

What we need is GOOD policy AND Charisma....and we don't have that. Anywhere.

Even if Corbyn is absolutely crystal clear where he stands - he is incapable of delivering the message: No one really seems to know. Well. that's kinda the point, I;m not going to vote for him if I don't know what the policys are - and you need a communicator to do that. Corbyn hasn't communicated to me.

In other news. I am like uber mega busy for the whole of November and December (like overflow!!!) so I may go quiet (so no I am not offended, or ill; just Busy!!!)

Maybe it's time to look at policy instead of making it personal?

This is the biggest problem of politics today though, the sheeple all go with the personality they like, or are persuaded to like by the media propaganda.
Agree. Many people think that they are voting on a pop star tv talent show.
There should be a general knowledge and IQ test before anyone is given the vote.

The only way that works these days in the favour of the honest Socialist (I bloody am!) is the Shrek faced Swinson, Liar in Chief of the LibDums, who truly is a despicable character, hypocrite and liar.

I typed that out aloud didn't I?

Well today we've got devout Labourites telling their constituents to Vote for Boris.   That is unprecedented.  And that's the issue; Corbyn isn't fit to lead (either).

So that leaves no-one...

...hang on let me count them up again...yeah...nil

I take issue with you on this, very much. Ian Austin is an Independent MP, he's not a Labour MP as he resigned (but didn't give his constituents the democratic choice) in February. He is not a dedicated Labourite, he's a nonce who wanted to make bestiality images legal - Now I expect you might think that's me being funny or sensationalist, but I'm not check it out.

On top of that, he's an arch enemy of Corbyn and a dyed in the wool Bliarite who also had non-Labourite views on immigrants and immigration and had to apologise for lying about holocaust denial by Palestinians.

So, let's address the issues in reality. I do agree Corbyn has leadership issues and one of them is not getting rid of people like Austin years ago, he's been a fifth columnist in Labour just like John Mann, who is now employed by the Tory Party - Mann also paid for the EHRC investigation in to Labour, that well known mercenary of equality and anti-racism. As if the point needed hammering home.

More than happy to go point by point on why you think Corbyn is unfit to lead, we have plenty of time :)

The Greens promised to borrow and spend and suddenly everybody else decided they would too...

It’s the intent behind the lies...

They’ll sell the NHS if they get back in, they’ll fail to regulate business again, they’ll form a coalition with the Tories again, they’ll stop me poisoning the planet I live on, they’ll start teaching cannibalism to infants
