I love it when we all agree, it must be Christmas or summink.

And the Duke of Greece is out of the hospital (hip hip, hoorah... etc.) and Cinders will go to the ball!

Adversarial is needed when subjects are liars and know the media narrative must drive itself impatiently onwards making the likes of Trump and Johnson flourish. They flourish because they are cowards unable to hold and win debate. And they know they will not be held to account because nobody is listening to yesterdays story and outrage because they’re too impatient and needy for the next story of outrage. Labour needed bias against it because it was just plain shit. Weak, directionless and impractical. You can have endless probing debates and analysis with liars and idiots and be none the wiser at the end of it. The malaise in politics is for me the lack of cohesion, honesty, practicality and demonstrable efficacy. A hollowness of character and purpose. But bias and propaganda never goes away it just changes with each election and those that direct their message most effectively. Perhaps the end of democracy is in sight and is to be replaced by a western Confucianism....

Seems everyone is claiming BBC bias and slinging rotten tomatoes. With counter arguments along the line of asking awkward questions makes the puppeticians look bad wah wah wah.

Anyway the bourgeoisie won this one so tough shit for the proletariat.

The winners write the history

Yeah, it's very adversarial now, except with those who threaten them obviously.

Just to back up my claim of bias, which I don't think anyone seriously disagrees with https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/general-election-british-uk-media-news-bias-tories-labour-a9209026.html
I may have missed it and I can't run the videos but where does it say about BBC bias?

It did make me laugh the other day on the news they asked someone in Bolsover or somewhere why they votes Tory, the lady said because she wanted change. The interviewer said there had been a Tory government in power previously. Not here she says...

Good to see someones actually analysed it.  It doesn't surprise me though, especially from the likes of the tabloids.

The trouble is so many people buy into it, they didn't stand a chance.

I've also recently noticed how the Beeb breakfast presenters seem to think they're Paxman etc and carry out the aggressive interviewing of people.  The problem is they think they are being clever but are more ignoring what the people are saying and simply trying to bully them into slipping up to get their 'scoop'.

Don't care anymore, the election is done. It is what it is. I'm going crawl back under my stone. Wake me up in five years time.
