By the way, was the van that you tried to push the one that was parked in a bike bay on an earlier post? [emoji3]

I’ll call in for a cuppa at some point. Text me your address and next time I’m working in Ebbw V (our closest site to you I think) I’ll bring some cake.

Cool had been a start and will continue to be for the next 8 weeks I'm sure so I've just bought her tickets to go see a Brian Cox lecture in Cardiff.
Unfortunately the cast is blue not white but I might be able to do something like that though.

Guess you could paint an Alpinestars logo on the cast so it just likes the good old white boots we all love ;)

Hope you're up and running around soon though fella, an excuse for a brief bit of pampering surely though.

GWS.

You'd think but everyone was just ignoring him.
Well it's all been done and I'm now immobilized for a while. Does anyone know where you get those special bike boots that go over a cast?
As we are E friends and rarely see each other, would you guys mind signing/ writing a message on a piece of paper and sending me a photo so I can print it out and stick it to the cast?
They reckon it'll be 6 to 8 weeks with the cast on but I'm hoping to be back riding before that.

Well it's 2 am and I'm waiting to see a surgeon. Turns out I've snapped the Achilles tendon and might need surgery to reattach it.

You tut to do someone a favour and karma kicks you in the bo :censored locks.
Stopped to push a a broken down van or of the way in rush hour traffic, no f :censored cker else helped and bang, either a broken leg,  torn muscle or torn tendon.
On the way to a and e now to find out.
Had to ride 10 miles home with it too, gear changes were painful and had to phone the neighbour to come help me get off the bike and into the house.
On the up side, I get typo spend the night looking at young nurses.
Great now I have to quickly do something before I go.
