Welcome to Commuter Motorcycle Club

Good morning,

Welcome to the Commuter Motorcycle Club Portal

One of the questions we often get asked is "That wet patch on your trousers, is that what I think it is?" but another one we get asked is "I'm not a Commuter so why should I join your forum?" to which we answer "Well, statistics shows that it's probably not bodily fluids, but you know what statistics are like!".

Why Commuter Motorcycle Club? Because Commuters get a bit of a rough deal, assumed to be scooterists or someone on a Honda Melody. It's not true, I commute and I'm just as much part of the motorcycle scene as anyone else, I'm just like thousands of others, like you maybe?

Why should you join the forum? Cameraderie, ride-outs, technical help, facetious help, no help at all, jokes, your own space for blogs, mad people, sane people, buy and sell, campaigns, homebrew (cider, beer, electronics)... Lots of reasons.

Then there's this portal, it's still in development but it has:

  • Simple Blog That can also be turned into a News publishing or PR publishing system.
  • RSS Feeds. Our site visitors can stay up to date using our site feeds. Soon!
  • Integrated Site Search.

And other stuff we haven't even started messing about with yet. Try the forum and we'll develop this portal as we can. More content coming soon.

Catch up with us on Twitter: @gocmc and Facebook

Cheers, enjoy and have fun.
